Weekly Saturday Morning Art Class for Kids!

In this class specially created for kids learn the basic principles of art (color, line, shape, rhythm) by recreating famous works of art by well-known artists. Many art mediums are explored.  The goal of each class is to complete a project, while also having fun.  Teacher: Julieanne Case

PASTEL CLASS with TASIA ERICKSON Saturday, March 24 1:30 to 4:30pm

This is the first in a series of monthly classes scheduled for the ARTS COLLECTIVE STUDIO to be led by artist Tasia Erickson. Tasia will be working along with the class, sharing tips to help you. 

You will complete a lovely painting to take home.  Limited to 8 teen and adult students who want to have fun!

Making Match Concepts Visible

Artist BiJian Fan will teach origami techniques used to build the Dog House – a demonstration and hands-on lesson of origami and abacus.  All materials supplied.

Saturday, February 24 – 1:00pm

Watch Christine Leong create paintings of dogs

Artist Christine Leong will create dog portraits that will then be raffled off to the audience at the  conclusion of her painting demonstration.

Sunday, February 25 – 1:00pm

Traditional Lion Dance in Full Costume

The Camarillo Lion Dance Troupe will perform the traditional Lion Dance in the splendor of full  traditional costume using the fundamental choreographed movements of Chinese martial arts, accompanied by the sound of drums and cymbals.
