FINANCIAL DONATIONS – The Ventura County Arts Council is sustained fiscally by financial donations, grants and memberships; and the in-kind contributions of its volunteers and partners. The VCAC is a 501c3 non-profit (Tax ID # 77-0450542). If you wish to support any of the wide array of programs we offer (or are developing), we hope you will donate financially to the Council for its general support or to a specific program that interests you. The Council receives valuable in-kind contributions, but welcomes more. They might be art supplies for classroom teachers, discounts on services to VCAC members, office equipment and supplies, or technical assistance such as bookkeeping, legal guidance, computer services, etc. If the Council is unable to use your prospective donation, perhaps we can find another group that can. Donations of Time and Talents – While our office is small we still have room for volunteers. Most work can be done from one’s home. We welcome interns who are interested in gallery management and/or non-profit arts administration. You are invited to assist on one of our many existing programs, or help bring a new one into being. We have a working Board of Directors and are looking for additional members to broaden the geographic and artistic reach of the organization.
